3. 免责情形

   – 因客户提供错误地址、未签收导致的丢件，责任由客户承担。

3. Disclaimeruations
   – Natural textures (watermarks/cotton floss) are not considered quality issues and are not subject to return or exchange.
   – For lost items to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or non-signing, the responsibility lies with the customer.

四、用户义务与限制

1. 信息真实性
